Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Multi-School ERP source-code product ("the Product") from ProjectWorlds via multischoolerp.com.
1. Digital Product — No Refunds After Delivery
The Product is a digital source-code product. Because the complete source code is delivered to you immediately after purchase and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable once the Product has been delivered or the download/portal access has been provided.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
We want you to be satisfied. A refund may be considered, at our discretion, only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error. We will refund the extra charge in full.
- Non-delivery: your payment succeeded but you never received access to the Product, and we are unable to deliver it to you after you contact us.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Lack of technical knowledge to install or customize the source code (we provide installation assistance for one deployment).
- Requests for features not described on the product page.
- Purchases where the source code has already been downloaded or accessed.
4. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
