These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Multi-School ERP source code ("the Product") from ProjectWorlds ("we", "us", "our") via multischoolerp.com. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital software product delivered as source code, including the web panel, mobile applications, and related components described on our website. It is delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

2. Price & Payment

The Product is offered at a one-time price of ₹10,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, we create your account and email your client-portal login and download access, typically within minutes and no later than 24 hours. You download the Product and access your invoice and support from your client portal at premium.projectworlds.com. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

4. License Grant

Upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, install, modify, and deploy the source code, including for commercial and client projects, with no ongoing royalty. You may build and sell white-label products based on it.

6. Support & Updates

Your purchase includes 1 year of software updates and technical support (bug fixes and version updates via email and WhatsApp during business hours). Custom feature development, custom design, and bespoke integrations are quoted separately. Free installation assistance is provided for one production deployment; additional deployments may incur a fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with ProjectWorlds except for the license rights expressly granted to you in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectWorlds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Refunds

As a digital source-code product, purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Please review our Refund Policy and the live demo before buying.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.
